Industry tickets ($2,450) are for AAM professionals and commercial aviation companies attending at the standard rate.

What is included with registration?

All ticket types include full access to symposium sessions, networking events, and digital materials.

The CAAM member ticket pricing is only applicable to CAAM Project Partners and Engaged members.

The CanExport Delegate ticket enables you to attend as part of CAAM’s delegation, which includes up to 75% expense reimbursement, a curated CAAM itinerary, B2B networking facilitation and more.

What happens after I purchase my ticket?

Once your payment is received, CAAM will confirm your order by email.

For Industry Ticket and CAAM Member Ticket purchases, your ICAO access code will be issued separately. CAAM submits ticket requests to ICAO, and access codes may take up to two weeks to be processed. Once your access code is ready, CAAM will email you with instructions to complete your registration directly through ICAO using the code provided.

For CanExport Delegates, the CAAM team will review your eligibility and brief you on the next steps, including funding process details, registration guidance, and delegation coordination.

In the meantime, we encourage you to follow CAAM’s newsletter and social media channels for event updates, travel information, and announcements.

For any questions or concerns, please contact Theo Robson, Chief of Staff at CAAM (Theo@canadianaam.com)

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

All ticket purchases are subject to ICAO's refund and cancellation policy.

Do I need a visa to travel to Bangkok?

Many nationalities — including Canadian and most Western passport holders — can enter Thailand without a visa for short stays, but are required to register online in advance and show proof of onward travel. Requirements may change, so we recommend checking the Government of Canada travel advisory and the Royal Thai Embassy website before booking.

I'm not a CAAM member — can I still attend?

Yes. The Industry ticket is open to all AAM professionals regardless of CAAM membership.

Interested in becoming a CAAM member? Attending the symposium is also a great opportunity to learn more about CAAM membership and the benefits it offers.
